Very sad, R.I.P. to a legendary designer.

I enjoyed reading his gear reviews in the old Audio magazine. RIP BHK!

Saddened to hear that. Felt I knew him after reading PS Audio’s Paul McGowan book.

A great One! Thank You- Mr. King for all of your legendary Amps!

Before doing yard work today, went into YouTube and watched all 4-5 parts of Paul’s interview with Bascom. Recommended. What a genuine and modest gentleman he was.  
 

And an old Dead Head too, that always counts for brownie points in my book. 😉

A true legend. Love my PS Audio BHK set.  

Now I have to buy a BHK

Wow I didn’t know Bascom was a deadhead.  I just learned about his passing from PS Audio’s site.  I’ve paraphrased Bascom’s findings here a number of times and am really happy I own his signature amps, the BHK300’s.  

RIP, Legend. 

Very sad indeed. Have been thinking about the BHK 300s ever since a friend got a pair last year. Anyone running these or a BHK 250 with Sound Lab or other stats?

Sad to hear about his passing.  Like others, I am really happy to own and thoroughly enjoy his BHK reference pre amp and BHK250 amp.
