Denafrips Support - No Such Thing

I have sent multiple support requests to Denafrips over the last 4-6 weeks using their support page for help with my Aether and Gaia. No response at all.

Are others finding this to be the case? Are there alternate contact methods?

Hey @jaybe

I am sorry to hear that. Although Vinshine Audio is no longer to representative of DENAFRIPS, I felt compelled to help.

Would you please drop us an email at [email protected]? We will do our best to assist you in terms of configuration/connection/software-side of things. If it involves hardware repair/servicing, we shall escalate the case to DENAFRIPS and be sure you will be well taken care of.

Many thanks.

Hi Alvin,

Thanks for your offer. I watch all your videos and know you were associated with them in the past.

It is clock connections that I'm having problems with.

I’ll drop you a line.

Thanks again.

I haven’t had much luck.  I just had a few questions.  I couldn’t even find an owners manual.  The latest version for Pontus 12.  It’s pretty good now.  An attempt to contact Texas or China didn’t work.  Audioman58 was the only one I talked to.  Hopefully, these things have a long life.  The Grey market is out of control.  I don’t see that from other brands. Yet they still seem to be  atop selling brand.  I wish I knew all this before I purchased.  I wonder how long these things last?

There are several other brands that get good press.
