That is a very cool tuner. If I bought it, I would have him send it to Steve at Avatar Engeneering in Santa Monica Ca. Steve is an expert at tuner restoration, and all things tube. 

YES,nice I have a Harmon Kardon Mono Receiver. Like there second to come out...Weight is insane, all copper chassis,its Beautiful piece of equipment. Made in Long Island City,NY...My home town.
