Denafrips Support - No Such Thing

I have sent multiple support requests to Denafrips over the last 4-6 weeks using their support page for help with my Aether and Gaia. No response at all.

Are others finding this to be the case? Are there alternate contact methods?

I haven’t had much luck.  I just had a few questions.  I couldn’t even find an owners manual.  The latest version for Pontus 12.  It’s pretty good now.  An attempt to contact Texas or China didn’t work.  Audioman58 was the only one I talked to.  Hopefully, these things have a long life.  The Grey market is out of control.  I don’t see that from other brands. Yet they still seem to be  atop selling brand.  I wish I knew all this before I purchased.  I wonder how long these things last?

There are several other brands that get good press.

Hello, no luck in contacting us in Texas? Sorry to hear about that, but know please that we respond to every message that we see. Please contact us for Denafrips North America support: [email protected]

@jaybe   Is this something that you could post here and other members could help with?  Maybe someone else has had the same issue and could propose a solution.

@tekaudiospecialties1 I never sent a message. Do you help with Denafrips products you didn’t sell? I bought direct from them. Can't get the Aether to work, maybe a connection problem due to their poor directions.

@12many  I posted a high-level description of the issue here recently and got no response.
