YouTube Reviews

I am about to launch a new audio brand.  I am interested in finding the top YouTube reviewers to assist in launching the products.

Who do you consider the top YouTube reviewers that I should contact to get the most exposure?

Thank you in advance.

Like @ghdprentice I don't rely on Youtube reviews at all. I've watched a few of the reviewers, but frankly most are difficult to take seriously. More than a few are obvious clown acts.

The only YouTube reviewer I appreciate is Steve Guttenberg. No hype no crap. Just well formed opinions

Thank you for your thoughts and replies.  The old business model was to go to shows to get exposure.  Not so much these days.  While I also never bought or relied on the YouTube reviews, there is more exposure there than going to shows or having dealers carry the products.  I have a person who is a dealer who has approached me to be a distributor.  That takes a very large percentage of the MSRP for that type of arrangement so the advice I have received from a few industry people was to start with online exposure first.

Think about PS Audio and others who while have had exposure, some have moved to direct sales now.

Any additional input is appreciated.

Perhaps reconsider the old business model for the NY (New Jersey?) show and the DC if you are up for that one?

That way you get exposure (hopefully positive write ups) with a one, or two, time expenditure.

I assume that you could drive to both events in order to keep costs down.

Adding detailed product info to the website would be a first priority (for me).

I have a tendency to think a lot about things often coming back to the/my original take that I have been trying to talk myself out of.

@bigkidz

I'm sure many of us could easily compile a list of youtube reviewers and what we like /don't like about each of them. I'm not sure how this would actually help you.  I'd think you'd be better off to watch them for yourself and form your own impressions.
