Eminent Technology LFT 7 !!

Not sure how to post photos to body of forum.  I changed my post photo from the LFT3 to my LFT7.  Oak trim left side is the LFT6W bass panel.  Right side in black trim is the LFT6 full range.  

I plan to experiment with using the LFT6W bass panel in place of the eight inch bass driver in one of my LFT8 speakers.  

Frame rail has been reshaped and reinstalled.  Not perfect but acceptable. Will finally hear these later this evening.  

So this will be the size of the LFT-6 approximately?  Do we have an estimate of cost?  TY

The LFT 6 was released in 1988.  The LFT7 was only available in 1989.  Late 1989, early 1990 the LFT8 was released.   I'm sure because of manufacturing cost, the LFT6 and LFT7 were discontinued.   Also, Bruce felt the LFT8 main driver with a dedicated tweeter was an improvement over the original LFT design.  These dates are from the Eminent Technology website under the HISTORY tab. 

What ever happened with your LFT7 project? Nothing after "Will finally hear these later this evening."

I am very curious as I am in the process of finishing up a refresh of my LFT4s (including replacing the diaphragms) & plan to jump into refreshing the 2 pr of LFT6 I have to make them into a pr of LFT7.
