Are Their any Tube Preamp with Home Theater Bypass?

Does anyone have experience with a decent tube based preamp with a home theater bypass feature?

HT bypass has exactly zero impact on 2 channel sound. But there are many in the same boat who avoid HT bypass because they think it is a compromise. Jerry
