What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.

That's weird! I was using my streamer and the Lumin app. I just tried the RP app on my android phone and that worked. Did you install a VPN recently or anything like that?
Greg
Nothing changed on my phone to my knowledge.
No system updates or anything.
Yes it is odd and annoying.
Might try it on iPad just to test.
Radio Paradise working perfectly on iPad.
No idea what is going on with my phone app version
Bohren & Der Club of Gore / Patchouli Blue / Qobuz.

Nothing like settling down to some dark jazz!
Morning Phase - Beck.

Popped up as a recommendation in Amazon HD. Not what I was expecting. Never listened to Beck and know nothing about him other than the one song he had on the radio years ago.
This is a nice album. Seems well recorded.
@n80 .. love Beck's "Morning Phase". Great album which won 3 Grammy's (out of 5 nominations): Album of the Year, Best Rock Album, and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.
Another week away but will be streaming tunes later.
This morning was Qobuz 90,s alt rock mix channel.
Not bad at all

Dick Hyman - Moog: The Electric Eclectics Of Dick Hyman
Qobuz.

Early EDM to mix it up a bit.
I've kind of been on an Alan Parsons Project kick lately...  The Definitive Collection, Qobuz.
Just brought back a memory....I had a purple translucent ELO album many years ago.
I have a clear vinyl pressing of A New World Order.  Translucent purple would be cool.  I know colored vinyl has some pitfalls, but I enjoy it.  I just picked up a red copy of Steely Dan - Aja.  Haven't had a chance to listen yet.
@uberwaltz When Audioslave formed, I never paid much attention to them because I was bummed out about both RATM and Soundgarden ending.  Lately I've been listening to Radio Paradise a lot and they play a lot of Audioslave on the Rock mix.  I have to admit it sounds great and there are some great tunes.  Temple of the Dog is actually my favorite with Chris Cornell.
Greg
Been a big Audioslave fan for a while, was actually at a record show when I heard Cornell died so went and picked up some vinyl before prices went crazy!
Now that is sweet!

I absolutely love guitars, had 7 at one time but shame just to see them hanging on the wall so down to 3 now....lol
No famous owners though...apart from me of course!
This Walter Trout album is REALLY good, going to the top of Qobuz fave list on Roon.
John Petrucci "Terminal Velocity" (Qobuz 24/96).  I suppose he's today's Jeff Beck.
WRTI HD jazz radio via out of Philly via Yamaha MusicCast, great sounding station if you like Jazz
What a day! My daughter-in-law has me come by to check out some turntables she found in a house she is clearing out. I assume it’s junk, but want to help her out so I stop on by. She brings out an early gray plinth Garrard 301, a Garrard Type A and a KLH Model 24. All have original tone arms and all mechanicals work. Wish I hadn’t given up vinyl recently.

Listening to Women of Jazz playlist

Herbie Mann - Impressions of the Middle East

Qobuz

I bought this album a few years ago for the cool cover. Never got around to listening to it. Oh yeah, that’s why I switched to streaming...

Albert King with Stevie Ray Vaughan - In Session

Qobuz Hi-Res

I was really surprised to find this on Qobuz, and in Hi-Res at that!  I was a grad student in Austin and had just discovered him when he died.  Ended up buying up lots of his stuff, including a bootleg of his Alpine WI Concert.   Never saw this album.

Does not matter if you are out of vinyl for now, you just HAVE to rescue the 301!
or send it to me....lol.
I was tempted to buy it off of her, but wasn’t sure of a fair price and I didn’t want to go down the rabbit hole. She’ll sell it on Facebook and she’ll get something for it and someone will get a good deal. If you know someone in the DC area who is interested in a gray plinth Garrard 301 in working condition have them contact me and I’ll connect them with her.
