I'm surprised that Western Electric is still around. I assume however that its not a continuation of the company from the 1930's.

I sometimes worry about my ASR amplifier and what will happen if the designer decides to retire. Its such a small company and the amplifiers are made to order.

Had the Hafler amp and the Dahlquist DQ 10’s. Also had the New York Audio Labs Moscode amps. Company started by Harvey Rosenberg and George Kay. One of first hybrids on the market. And the Acoustat 1 + 1’s. Showing my age. Great stuff and fond memories.

I still have a specta acoustic preamp. It’s in the garage system. Made in Seattle just like my daughter 

I used to be fascinated by loudspeakers from Polymer Audio Research, which I believe is defunct now.
