Been a fan since, “Voices Carry.” Favorite albums include, “Everything’s Different Now,” “Whatever,” “Bachelor No. 2,” and “Lost in Space.” I have the last two on Mobile Fidelity vinyl. They sound superb. Saw her in concert a handful of times with the last being 2004 in Princeton. Angelic voice, catchy melodies and witty lyrics. Glad you enjoyed the show.
Aimee Mann
just saw her last night. Had to wait 26 years but it was worth it. She sounded as good as ever.
Beautiful, moving voice and songs...

Oh boy, Aimee is a voice I would like to hear live. I never paid enough attention to her whereabouts, my bad. There are certain voices, primarily female, that you just ought to hear live. Someone (my memory remembers the experience, but who ___, it'll come to me) was going to be at Joe's Pub, we got great seats, hot damn. She had a bad cold, performed anyway. They should have cancelled, given us a refund or alternate future date, but no. I'm still mad, at her and Joe's Pub. |
