Lyra washi DIY?

An upper front corner of the washi paper on my Delos has come undone.

Any suggestions on glue brand?I was thinking a garment glue?

One other thing, I've found the Lyra is a shmutz/dust magnet. Always have to

give the red magnet cover a wipe down with a brush. I guess not having a proper HVAC controlled room doesn't help and I keep the windows open most of the day.

Do you Lyra owners experience the magnet body attracting more junk compared to carts with enclosed bodies?

It's the only thing I dislike owning the Delos.

All MC Cartridges are prone to collect substantial contamination under the hood.

I have recommended a Cartridge is sent away for a thorough clean near 50% of its usage life for quite some time.

Such crud on the critical moving parts have been explained to me, by a Professional, as capable of impeding the freedom of movement.

My Words, I am a advocate of keeping the Cartridge as close to optimised for the freedom of movement of critical parts throughout the typical usage life, what id learnt after a 1000ish hours comes with expectation for additional treatment.

The Link references a type of Glue but not the Brand.

@tablejockey was wondering if you came to a conclusion for your need of glue/type and replacement washi paper for your Lyra as I have a some what similar need for a Shelter 901. Enjoy the music

I don't need to replace the washi paper. There is just the slightest indication of a corner lifting, so I figure it needs to be addressed before it gets worse.

A google search provided many natural/clear drying adhesives.

Looking at pics of the Shelter, replacing the washi paper will be more involved, compared to Lyra.

Perhaps a trip to a fabric/hobby store to compare washi grade comparable to what is used on the Shelter?
