Question about contacting Ayre Acoustics


I have been trying for the last 2-3 weeks to contact Ayre Acoustics via their email as well as their phone leaving messages and no one seems to be contacting me back. I have left both detailed voice mail messages and emails with photos on what I am looking to have repaired as well as wanting to buy a new remote control. No one is responding to either form of contact. The email is directly off of their website as well as the phone number.

Anyone else having any contact issues with them?

I just emailed with Jake/Ayre at the end of November. The response was immediate. He and I emailed back and forth a few times. (He helped me successfully trouble shoot an issue.) I've consistently received 1st class response and support from Ayre since January 2019 via phone and email. Only one time where it took a week or so to hear back because they were at one of the big trade shows.

Weird.  I too have been in touch with Jake Forsythe at Ayre recently.  I am sure they are alive and well in Niwot!

To audioman58, I agree with you 110%. I also spoke with them a few months ago (emails and phone calls) but recently these emails and phone calls have gone unanswered with no responses at all.
