How long for an HDMI cable to break in.

I use the same Audioquest Vodka cable that you purchased, as well as a Supra 2.1 8k HDMI cable. Here are some things I've learned

(1) Keep the HDMI cable being used for I2S as short as possible; I noticed difference between a .75 meter and a 3 meter that I was using for video (both were Supra 2.1 HDMI cables)

(2) I got incremental improvement going from the $100 Supra to the $350 Vodka 8k/10k. I only bought the Vodka because I got a $600 cable for $350 at Axpona.....which is probably overkill. IMO there is no need to go crazy on I2S cables.

@roxy1927 I bet you wouldn't be able to tell in a blind test broken in or not.  Or maybe not.  

Where is that geoffkait guy?  I bet he could clear this up. He seemed to know everything...

Oh, I have an answer.

Electrons have mass. Therefore they cannot travel at the speed of light. Ever.

@kevemaher the charge itself moves at the speed of light the electrons are only a vessel for the electric to travel thru.

@richardbrand  my Krell ksa 300s let the magic white smoke out also, but my old Carver let out more than white smoke, it actually shot out a 2'  flame. The Krell just burned something up in the soft start board.
