Eversolo A10 died - Questions

@dman777 without sounding like I am anti chi-fi, buy American, Canadian or British. Well known and established brands have solid customer service. 
MSB, SimAudio, EMM Labs/Meitner, dCS, Playback Designs. 
With Eversolo, Denafrips, Rose HiFi, Holo Audio you’re sitting on a time bomb. When it poops it becomes a paperweight or a boat anchor. 

The Eversolo DMP-A6 Gen2 has been plagued by faulty power supplies. Eversolo is offering to replace them for up to 2 years. 

Maybe the other models have some issues as well?

I did not see a LHY or other replacement power supply for A10 yet.

@audphile1 You hit the bulls eye on that. What a hard lesson. 

See if you can get it fixed and then sell it. At least get something for it. 

They totally abandoned my Dad, he's 81 and really doesn't have time to wait on them fixing their own botched firmware.   Went silent when I asked for an RMA 5 days before warranty was up.   Says a lot about a company.  

Been waiting on a fix for 1.5 years
