Being you got it used you may be out of luck if warranty is non transferable. You may just have to have your local audio repair guy have a look.
Eversolo A10 died - Questions
My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be?
Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

Well, that's the thing. I don't mind having ever solo fix it and pay for it. But the communication process is such a burden. It's going to take forever with this back and forth one day at time to figure out what to do. I don't think a local could fix it right. You know, the A10 sounded really good for the money. But I'm understanding now where the true cost is. This is the only audio equipment that's ever failed me. |
@dman777 without sounding like I am anti chi-fi, buy American, Canadian or British. Well known and established brands have solid customer service. |
@audphile1 You hit the bulls eye on that. What a hard lesson. |
