Eversolo A10 died - Questions

My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be? 

Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

Best to try a new fuse, if you don't have a multimeter.    Often times a glass fuse can look good but it fails inside the end cap.

Let us know how this turns out.  If needed, is there no US based repair facillity for this brand???

Forte is the US distributor, I'd start by contacting them IF you need service.

Fuses blow for a reason.

It wasn't the fuse, it was fine. I think it's the PSU. This is really scary because I spent 3k on this and I feel like I am out 3k. I'm still making payments on it on my credit card. The support isn't good because they are in China, so the hours are flipped. I can only do one email a day because of it... very slow process for back and forth communication.
