Our cats would be immediately suspicious by their appearance. As trash bins they wouldn't hold enough to be practical, based on what I've seen nearly anywhere, and not in just mauls.....(misspelling intended).
We've enough trash containment objects of proper design, and speakers around here run a gamut of sorts in size, shape, and intent....
But I'm of two minds:
Either inobtrusive enough visually but delivering on intent, or weird enough as a form but still surprising enough to be not just be tolerated but enjoyed.
Create your own version of SOTA....SOYourA.... ;)
