Are Their any Tube Preamp with Home Theater Bypass?

Does anyone have experience with a decent tube based preamp with a home theater bypass feature?

If I misunderstood your comment is is probably because i've heard so many people that think HT bypass is something in the signal path for 2 channel sound. So I guessed that you were in that camp. There are quite a few good integrated SS amps with HT bypass.
