Are Their any Tube Preamp with Home Theater Bypass?
Does anyone have experience with a decent tube based preamp with a home theater bypass feature?

The Cary SLP 05 also has a HT bypass.
Rogue RP series have HT bypass when powered off.
I've never found bypass particularly useful. I traded in the only piece I ever owned that had it.
