Long time music lover looking for new music.

Now I'm fast approaching the half century mark. I started listen to music as a kid playing my mom's 45. Beatles, Ricky Nelson, Elvis, Frank Sinatra etc. I've never stopped. I moved overseas 7 years ago and don't listen to the radio here. I'm looking for some new music especially Indie Rock.
Here are some that I found that I can recommend. Thanks to all of you that respond in advance.

Some I have found

Yes I just learned about allmusic.com after I started this thread and I just heard about pitchfork last weekend but I've been busy at work and haven't had much time to really check it out. Before I was just using amazon.com and wikepeda. I did find a lot of music I really liked but I had to work for it. You guys have made life easy on this old music lover. But now I'm busy listening to all this new stuff. I love it. Keep them coming.
