Long time music lover looking for new music.

Now I'm fast approaching the half century mark. I started listen to music as a kid playing my mom's 45. Beatles, Ricky Nelson, Elvis, Frank Sinatra etc. I've never stopped. I moved overseas 7 years ago and don't listen to the radio here. I'm looking for some new music especially Indie Rock.
Here are some that I found that I can recommend. Thanks to all of you that respond in advance.

Some I have found

I hope some of you can enjoy these as I am.

Wow! You're just finding out about allmusic? Pitchfork is THE site for all of this style of music. I'd recommend trawling through their Best New Music section going back a few years. Tons of links to samples too.
very good list, I have similar music taste to the op. Vampire Weekend - Contra and The XX - XX are a MUST.

Yes I just learned about allmusic.com after I started this thread and I just heard about pitchfork last weekend but I've been busy at work and haven't had much time to really check it out. Before I was just using amazon.com and wikepeda. I did find a lot of music I really liked but I had to work for it. You guys have made life easy on this old music lover. But now I'm busy listening to all this new stuff. I love it. Keep them coming.
Nice mentions on this thread.

Here are some more (a couple of repeats maybe):

Wilco - try Summerteeth, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, Sky Blue Sky
White Stripes - anything really
+1 Okkervil River - someone mentioned them above, try the Stage Names
The Sleepy Jackson - not new, but Lovers is great album
The Flaming Lips - I like the older stuff, but try Yoshimi
Black Keys - I see you have Dan Auerbach on your list already
The Decembrists
+1 Calexico
Spoon
Mumford & Sons - I really dig these guys
