Do you have any gear that was outright given to you?

I helped my brother in law pick out his first system in 2013:

Moon 700i, Moon 380 dac, Moon 260 transport, SF Cremona M and Cremona sub, plus some upper level Kimber interconnects and a Chang CLS 609 power conditioner... when he moved to Florida 2 years ago he gave it all to me.

Yes over the years I have received so nice equipment for free.Rotel  cd player,Sony 5 disc cd player.,Yamaha received, Pioneer receiver, Technics tt,Warfhdale speakers..sorry I just walked and to tired to get the model numbers. 

When we bought our house, the previous owners left a complete midlevel stereo including two TVs. They did not ask for any money, did not expect it. Gave the TVs away, of course [we are a rare no-TV household], and most of the other stuff as well over time, as I upgraded various components.

I still use a CD player, two Furman power conditioners, some cables, some of the in-wall speakers, and one sub.
