Greg Bray, Seller of Stolen Audio Gear and Seller of Counterfeit Rolex and Other Watches

Beware of Greg Bray, audiodude66 google mail resident of Overland Park Kansas.  I have spoken directly with manufacturers of state of the art cables, high end tube equipment, and mid level loudspeakers.  Greg typically pays for new and used audio with bad checks and countfeit watches.  He sold 100k of stolen cables to a doctor in our local audiophile group and then sold him two counterfeit Rolex watches.  In my case he took two power cables from my home and never paid for them.  He has ripped off Tom Vu of Triangle Art, Eric Alexander of Tekton Design, and a leading cable manufacturer.  He is a pathological layer and a psychopath. He starts out as a really nice guy who is filthy rich and says he is a local builder.

@thecarpathian + 1 - I'd think that selling $100K worth of stolen goods would be illegal in many places.

He lived in Florida when he passed bad checks and counterfeit watches to Tom Vu and Eric Alexander.  He is a nomad grifter that moves from state to state.  The doctor and I went to the Leawood (where to doctor lives) and Overland Park (most of the crime occurred there) police station to give informational reports.  The doctor’s friend who is a psychologist observed him when he was confronted with selling two counterfeit Rolex watches and said he is a sociopath.  The doctor and I are working closely with the police.  Greg already issued two checks totaling $60K  to the doctor after the Leawood police called Greg.  I am working closely with the leading cable manufacturer and I may provide additional information later.  We are concerned that the checks are bad.

While I don’t doubt what you’re saying and call me crazy, but who accepts  personal (or cashier’s) checks for real money and transfers goods before the check has cleared their bank?

Rolex..vanity purchase..from a private seller??  Buyer beware..and have it authenticated prior to purchase. If the great deal doesn’t allow for that, then there’s the red flag to walk away.

Purchasing stolen goods..well..not much you can do about that in most markets, but if you have $100K to spend on cables, with all the known counterfeits around, I’d be wary of ’buying used" to save money.

I’m sorry some folks lost some money, but..anyone, manufacturer or private, that’s that loose with money/goods is asking to be taken.
