Anyone in the US that can repair turntables

I have a table that has a speed issue. It is a complicated design with a variation of a servo feedback system that corrects speed. I have already replaced the motor but the problem persists. It seems to be running slow. I have the option to send it to the manufacturer for repair, but he is in the UK and shipping both ways will be a nightmare, even using Pirate Ship. Does anyone know a technician that would be willing to tackle such a job?

If the maker is still sentient and in business, it seems a shame not to send it to him. I would not worry about damage during shipping, if you have the factory packing materials or otherwise know how to pack a turntable. The big hitch might be shipping duty. But DHL is reliable as far as that goes.

I was very surprised how inept the high-end community is when it comes to repairs. Several Agon members offered to help, when my amp needed fixing, but bailed at the first hiccup. Real lightweights.

Also, could not find anyone to help (including manufacturer) when my tonearm needed rewiring. Had to buy a new turntable.

Sticking to McIntosh or Bryston from now on.

It seems to be running slow.

@ozzy62 You might find out if there are speed calibration controls inside the turntable. I know the machine does not have variable speed, but if it has calibration controls this might be a really easy fix.

Still working remotely with the designer to resolve this without the need to ship. Stay tuned and thanks for all the comments.
