Anyone in the US that can repair turntables

I have a table that has a speed issue. It is a complicated design with a variation of a servo feedback system that corrects speed. I have already replaced the motor but the problem persists. It seems to be running slow. I have the option to send it to the manufacturer for repair, but he is in the UK and shipping both ways will be a nightmare, even using Pirate Ship. Does anyone know a technician that would be willing to tackle such a job?

Most qualified service centers would require a schematic of the table's electronics in order to be able to tackle such a repair, especially since you say how complex the servo feedback system is.

Yeah I thought about that already. I might ask him if he’s willing to provide it.

What's the brand and model #?

A Service Manual might help. Check HIfi Engine. They have a huge library of manuals.

There's probably an adjustment that sets the servo. Perhaps this adjustment is a bit out of whack. But of course, read the Service Manual first.

IMHO, one of the best techs in the country.
