US Audio Mart would also be encouraged before eBay. For the smaller or less valued items, Facebook Marketplace or even Craigslist may be good options - I’ve had a lot of success lately on Craigslist for whatever reason.
This next piece may be controversial, but if I were in your situation and were selling low, I would consider accepting only PayPal Friends and Family - this reduces your liability as a seller and takes PayPal out of the equation if a dispute occurs. You’d be selling items as-is with no returns while also being transparent that you have not tested the equipment. Because of those reasons, you are selling low while also ensuring that the buyer understands the risks when making an informed decision.
And I know you know, but if selling in-person always take a partner or use a public space.
