@pinwa Funny you mention the 300B from ERIC audio. I have, on order, a Jackpot, pre- amp from him. The wait is about 6 months, give or take. Looking forward to hearing my system, with his pre-amp. I will let you know. Thanks for the info on the 300B amp. Robert TN

@robshaw I received my Jackpot from Aric about a week and a half ago. You won’t be disappointed! What a great sounding piece. I’ve been having a hard time pulling myself away from my listening chair! Mine was done a few weeks earlier than expected so, you MIGHT get yours a little earlier than expected (not trying to put pressure on Aric). @hanki @larsman Thanks for the correction, I was thinking of Eric from Tekton, not ARIC at the time, just shows getting older sucks. Yes looking forward to that comparison. I have 2 systems, both use a Benchmark LA-4 preamp currently. One of the reasons I chose the ARIC audio Jackpot was the fact that it offered adjustable gain, MOST DO NOT. Very nice feature. Plus so many of you guys like a SS amp with a tube preamp sound, and ARIC Audio gets rave reviews, I figured I would give it a shot. Thanks all as usual. Robert TN |
