Fuse replacement

@larryi  Ha! Good one.  I like the joke but I was not convinced with CFC (Crystal Fiber Compound) coating on Acme fuses.  

@richardbrand  The pair on my Denafrips Hestia are low-cost slow-blow fuses that use thicker element but the higher cost alternative may use coiled element as shown in Figure 2 in the following article

Fuses are simple devices that do absolutely nothing to the signal. Period.

Synergistic Blue made a noticeable positive improvement in my K&K Audio Trio years ago. 

Fuses are simple devices that impact the signal 100%.  Remove yours are see how it impacts to sound. Right…no sound.  
 

I replace all my fuses with  on/off power switches that double as magnetic circuit breakers for great sound. Big sound improvement as fuses are part of the power supply and the quality of the power supply certainly impacts the signal! 

There are no fuses that make any objective sound difference. Full stop.
