Recommended a highly resolving cartridge

I have never even plugged it into the mains. Let alone listened to it Raul. The Hornshoppe The Truth is much more to my system philosophy. Less is more.

You might wonder why I bought the Luxman C-5000A. I had always aspired to own one and one showed up at the right price in Japan. I will use it one day. I have retired and have a lot more spare time so there are a few gems I’ve acquired over the years which will eventually get rotated into the system.

I fried my aftermarket power supply for the GT 2000/X a while back but bought some better replacements, one for each GT I’ve got and have the system back up and running. The ART20 cartridge has transformed this system and I don’t feel like changing anything as we stand.

@theophile  : Normally less is more and I agree with.

I owned your Luxman and was very good its LOMC transformers are made with silver wire. Yes has several options but was a good design.

Today Sims Audio is excellent electronics that makes your ART20 really show up its high quality performance, obviously that your TTs honor that cartridge.

IMHO @fastricky ( Yes, I already listen your tube stage. Certainly not for me. ) system can't approach your system quality performance with the ART20..

theophile is not easy to achieve, like you, true MUSIC enjoy in our room/system.

As it turns out I would up trading the DS003 away, I missed the dimension/depth of the ART20 + Trumpet MC every time I used the DS system. The sparkling clean sound was impressive though. Traded for a Van den Hul Colibri-XGW Stradivarius, should have it later this week.
