Roon Issues - Not able to play certain tracks

I have been running into this issue when Roon is in the radio mode where spontaneously it runs into a track it can’t play. It just sits there trying to play it.
When I go to that album and attempt to manually play that same track on Qobuz the result is the same - it won’t play. Plays other tracks from the albums just fine.
If I go back to Roon radio and skip that track the next song is played no issues.
No such problems with Tidal.

I have rebooted the Roon Nucleus One, rebooted my network, rebooted my DAC.
Even signed out of streaming services and signed back in. No bueno. This is in addition to it being sluggish and requiring an almost daily reboot to maintain sound quality and proper operating speed. Now this…

Anyone else with this problem?

@mclinnguy

I’m in the US.
Pat Metheny “Alfie” still won’t play...just checked. I won’t bother with more tracks as this is enough confirmation for me.

Think about how bad this is. It’s been going on for around 2 weeks now, may be even longer. At least Roon addressed the issue by skipping the unplayable track. 👍 for that although it took a while

I’ve also experienced the Qobuz song stalling issue and it seems like the last update with Roon fixed that. That was maddening. I’m also in the Roon QNAP update group. So after researching and worrying about if I’ll be able to continue using ROON after April 20 I bit the bullet and ordered a Nucleus One. I’m hoping that will not only solve the problem but improve my overall experience with ROON albeit it worked pretty good running the server on the qnap nas. I just hate that qnap let us down like this but I’ll continue to use the nas to store my music.

Two tracks that would not play for me that are now playing 1) Stevie Wonder, Talking Book, I Believe 2) Beatles, Abbey Road, I Want You (She’s So Heavy).

Same here. Listening last night it didn’t get stuck on tracks that didn’t play before.Let’s hope they addressed the root cause of the issues.
