How Many Listeners Here Listen Mostly With Eyes Closed?

I'm with you. I definitely close my eyes at classical concerts... looking around, I thought I was the only one. 

I do sometimes. I've even closed my eyes at operas since the onstage action is often static (Wagner's Tristan und Isolde, for example).

Nope.  Eyes wide open for me.  I like to “see” the performers in a 3D soundstage in my room, but that’s me. 

I sometimes do.  At moments of extreme pleasure, including the most delicious foods (Savery and sweet), it’s worth concentrating on the sensory stimulus!
