I need to buy a sme 3009 S3 tone arm

Yes I have one.  I am the original owner, it was new in 1986 and was mounted on a VPI HW-19 until 3 years ago when it was removed and sent to SME Canada for rebuild.  It has been sitting in the box that it was returned in since then.  I had it wired from the head back to the RCA jacks that would plug into the phono preamp.  I have never thought of selling it.  We would have to contact Audiogon to figure out how to do it.  Not sure what it is worth.  Not even sure I want to sell it, but I'm thinking about it.

There are several for sale on eBay in Japan. The least expensive is $849.
