Hi everyone,

We are the official PSVANE team, and we are thrilled to announce the release of our latest Horizon series vacuum tubes. This discussion thread is dedicated to engaging with you and addressing any questions you might have about PSVANE vacuum tubes.

With 16 years of experience in the tube sector, our team is empowered by many seasoned experts. We invite everyone to join in sharing, communicating, and discussing any questions and knowledge about vacuum tubes here.

@marco1 Great minds think alike! 😉
EL34 is definitely high on our priority list, and our engineering team is already working hard on it. It’s a model we take very seriously as well.
We’ll be sure to keep you posted once there’s good news to share.

I told you they would come back, and don’t worry they’ll never leave 💵 💰

@psvane - "And we will also investigate the after-sales rate of tubes from Viva to identify the exact issues in the transportation or production process.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you."

Checking back.  Did you guys figure out what was going on with this matter and get it resolved?

Similar story:

A few years back I had been ordering TJ Full Music tubes from the largest overseas distributor, and the tubes came amazingly well packaged, packed with an over abundance of cotton wrapping in/around the boxes, simply splended. As a result I bought 3 quads of the 6SN7s before the factory sold out equipment as we know it today. I still run that first quad in my preamp. Wonderful tubes, now gone.

Later on:

It was discovered by TJFM over a 2-year period, others receiving these same tubes from US Distributors, had issues I was not having, tubes showing up Dead-on-Arrival. Apparently the larger crates of tubes were being disassembled, tubes removed, and placed into much less protective boxes, being shipped out with no surrounding support or cotton, tube rattling inside their boxes during US-shipping within the states, arriving damaged due to poor packing, ruined during shipping.

Amazon:

Have you confirmed how Amazon is packing or re-packing before shipping out your PSVANE tubes used today?  Is it the same level of care, quality, packaging you ship out from the PSVANE factory today?

Hello !

So ive installed 4 x Psvan Summit KT88's last month. Sounded nice !

But last night something happend; I think 1 or 2 of the tubes blew up !

There was a loud crackle coming from the righthand speaker and a sort of a light flash from the front right tube..!!!  Scared the hell out of me!!

I inmediatly turned off the amp. Havent touched her since !!

What can this been ?? What to do ?? Summit tunes are suppose to be the very best , only bneen listening about 20-30 hours !!

Advice much appriciated !!

Regarding your question, the product lineup I posted earlier was based on last year’s structure. The Horizon series was our new release last year, while the Summit series was newly launched this June.

Therefore, after updating our product lineup this year, the order is now as follows:

For audio vacuum tubes, the hierarchy of our product line is as follows:
Basic:HIFI、UK
Selected:HORIZON、ART
Premium:WE、ACME、SUMMIT

ACME Series: our previous-generation flagship product line, built with the highest-grade materials and the most advanced technologies available in the earlier generation of vacuum-tube engineering. It delivers the most comprehensive and outstanding sound performance in its class.

The SUMMIT Series is a comprehensive upgrade over the ACME series.
The difference between the ACME and SUMMIT series is not limited to the selection grade. Technically, the entire SUMMIT series adopts PSVANE’s proprietary multi-layer HPC coating technology, which significantly improves electron emission efficiency, heat dissipation, and vacuum stability. This extends tube lifespan, reduces electrical loss, and results in a more transparent sound with tighter bass and clearer highs. Summit 845 also features a nationally patented composite anode structure that enhances thermal management and electron flow distribution, ensuring excellent linear performance even under high voltage and current conditions.

Our engineering team is passionately working to expand the Summit lineup, and we’re excited about what’s coming next. We just ask for a little more time, as we want every new model to deliver the level of performance and craftsmanship our community deserves.

I am shopping for some replacement 300B's for my Elekit amplifier.  The prices of a pair of them of the various series of Psvane 300b's have a huge spread.

Hifi version $173 / pr

Horizon $360 / pr

Acme $511 /pr

WE 300B plus $623 / pr

Are the more expensive versions that much more expensive to produce?  Or are we doing what the cable makers do and just have huge markups on the top of the line ones because they expect some people to just pay up?

Just curious.
