Trouble with Qobuz

Hello all - I am running an Innuos Zenith Mk3 into the DAC 2 contained in my McIntosh 9500 integrated.  The Innuos is hardwired to a Google Mesh extender.  I use Qobuz to stream music. And that's the problem.

The Innuos is compatible with Qobuz Connect.  Connect worked for a while but now is, at best, intermittent.  When it's not playing the app just tells me that a song cannot be played due to an unidentified "error."

Qobuz plays perfectly on the Innuos Sense app and the BluSound app.

I contacted Qobuz through their chatbox.  I was first given to an AI functionary.  I was offered generic and worthless suggestions.  I was soon transferred to a real person.  I was given, again, very basic and worthless suggestions.  My problem now is that I haven't heard from Qobuz since December 5, even though I have sent 2 follow up texts.  I have also emailed Qobuz which has gone unanswered.

My questions to you all are:  Do any of you have suggestions as to how to fix my Qobuz technical problem?  If not, do you have any ideas as to how I can get Qobuz to respond to me?

Thanks!

Ken

I have completely given up on Qobuz Connect on the Innuos. If need be, I could make an argument that the Sense app is a better user experience.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times to no effect.

The Innuos Sense app is great.  The only reason I don't give up on the Qobuz app is because I can't add or subtract favorites through Sense.

Have you tried completely shutting down your network all the way back to the modem and re-booting it one piece at a time from back to front.  That will usually clear up any internet related streaming gremlins.  It will take about ten minutes and well worth the effort.

You could always test the system with Qobuz web player. It has Qobuz connect enabled for both source and destination. Firefox on Linux even has bit perfect playback.

The problem for sure is your wifi, go to blu jeans cable or elsewhere and get how many feet you need and have it hard wired in , wifi doesnot sound as good anyway

take the extra time to improve your music ,also  trash your routers $5 wall wart power supply   It just adds more noise, get a lps power supply ,most are                 12 v 4 amp or better look on the wall wart for voltage , and buy a decent quality ethernet hub LHY makes a good one the SW-6. And buy at minimum a $200+ ethernet cable. For your. End point , which sonicly makes the most difference .
