Denafrips Support - No Such Thing

I have sent multiple support requests to Denafrips over the last 4-6 weeks using their support page for help with my Aether and Gaia. No response at all.

Are others finding this to be the case? Are there alternate contact methods?

Contact Todd at Tek Audio Specialties in Texas.  They handle USA sales & service for Denafrips.
