Electrons have mass. Therefore they cannot travel at the speed of light. Ever.

@kevemaher the charge itself moves at the speed of light the electrons are only a vessel for the electric to travel thru.

@richardbrand  my Krell ksa 300s let the magic white smoke out also, but my old Carver let out more than white smoke, it actually shot out a 2'  flame. The Krell just burned something up in the soft start board.

I’m done I’ve proved my point, cables don’t make much of a difference unless the equipment is poorly made

I just installed an 35 foot 8K cable

Your webpage shows the supplier can go to 100-ft long 8K cables, but all the ones above 35-ft are fibre-optic.  Yours is the longest copper-based one. Makes sense to me.
