Do you use one brand of electronics or are you mixing brands what has worked best for you?

I did buy a used audio research cd 9 and love it.  I got all my stuff at the animal rescue shelter so it's a mix and match a mutt so to say and enjoy the experiments of matching gain ,impedance, wire gauge ect. I like tube preamp vtl 7.5 mcintosh 12000 to solid state big monoblock amps. Yes mcintosh is a one stop shop like audio research but the do make high end speakers, while many don't like the sound of mac i bought it all used and had fun going across America and picking it up meeting audiophile along the way. From VA to Cali and some interesting motels in between. Enjoy the music and the synergy.

@jwei I am not out to get him, it is highly unethical and this is the only forum where you can pull that. Guess that's why I do not see his ridiculous subliminal marketing posts on any other forums. His efforts to deflect are for not, and he will probably try and have this post deleted too!

It’s my understanding that Agon Admin is responsible making and enforcing rules.  Not sure why Foggy is trying to coerce sellers to follow his will without any authority.

Sellers are also in our hobby and often have much knowledge and experience to share. I have no problem with them contributing to this forum.

I agree that Forums are not the place for sellers to market their wears, although new product introductions seem acceptable.
