Question about contacting Ayre Acoustics


I have been trying for the last 2-3 weeks to contact Ayre Acoustics via their email as well as their phone leaving messages and no one seems to be contacting me back. I have left both detailed voice mail messages and emails with photos on what I am looking to have repaired as well as wanting to buy a new remote control. No one is responding to either form of contact. The email is directly off of their website as well as the phone number.

Anyone else having any contact issues with them?

I few years ago I needed advice on a phono preamp setting and they answered immediately and were more than happy to help - maybe vacationing over the holidays.

I also have had excellent response from Ayre.  I think their customer service includes that.  Must be holidays. 

It's been over a years since I contacted Ayre Acoustics via telephone.  At the time, they were readily available and took care of me.  As mentioned, they must be closed for the holidays.  Happy listening.
