Voltage conversion of Accuphase DG-68

Does anyone know how to convert voltage of Accuphase DG-68 100v to 110/120v?

Jason, don’t you mean step down? OP, if you contact imhifiman he can probably help.

@imhififan

I appreciate very much if you would provide information on how to convert voltage to 120V.

Here are photos of rear board:

Just an FYI from GPT.

No, you would not use a step-up transformer to go from 120 V AC to 100 V AC.

⚡ Why Not?

  • Step-up transformers increase voltage, not decrease it.

    • Example: 120 V → 240 V (step-up).

  • To go from 120 V down to 100 V, you’d need a step-down transformer (because you’re reducing voltage).

Based on past experience, I believe moving jumper J1 to J2 will change the voltage of the transformer's primary winding from 100V to 120V.

I strongly recommend using a Dim Bulb Tester during the initial power-on test.
