Budget Powered Speakers

Vanatoo, assuming still available.  Slam dunk. Put them on a pair of Isoacoustic stands with slight tilt up.  

Really that bad, @parkergetdean?? Look at the reviews and its specs. — Erin and others doesn’t review junk. At this price point, it’s pretty solid value. The Wiim Amp & Micca 14 Ga also received good reviews for its price point. You either need to stay open-minded or actually hear these gems yourself before spitting nonsense.

Slightly above budget, the Vanatoo Transparent One Encore Plus is a sonic bargain.  

@lanx0003 those speakers are junk. I am sorry. They can serve a lot of purposes but for any quality level music listening, a powered speaker may be a way better option. 

I am open minded. I am also pretty certain I have the cheapest gear here, so I am not advocating for 1000s to be spent.
