The $250 power cables and $600 power strip that dethroned my $10k Shunyata Everest

Hello fellow audiophiles. I've been using products from QSA Lanedri who I believe offer the best price to performance ratio on the market today for their power and signal cables. You may have heard of Quantum Science Audio fuses and might even have some installed in your system. QSA Lanedri have perfected this technology/treatment and are now offering it in their power and signal products. The line of products in particular is called Veridion Discovery which is their most affordable line. I currently own 2 Veridion Discovery power strips (daisy chained), 8 power cables, 3 ethernet cables, 1 DC cable. Initially I was sent a power and ethernet cable to try and was so impressed I ordered more including the power strips. I have been comparing their power cables to much more expensive cables from Audioquest and Furutech. I've also been comparing their power strip to my Shunyata Everest power conditioner and found I prefer the Discovery power strip. Infact I'm in the process of trading in my Shunyata Everest and corresponding Sigma X power cable for either a better integrated amplifier or speakers. Once you pair up Discovery power cables with the Discovery power strip things improve dramatically. Not only does audio improve but picture quality and home cinema improves also and will challenge anything at any price. I will say the Discovery line requires a few days of continuous use or "burn in" period before proper evaluation. I compared their Ethernet cables to the likes of Audioquest Diamond and Wireworld Platinum Starlight 8 and again preferred the Discovery line. Through the Discovery products music sounds cleaner and clearer with a heightened sense of realism. This also applies to film and TV. Compared to the Shunyata Everest picture quality is now cleaner with more vibrant colours. Motion and panning shots are improved with less stutter. I will add that I have the power strips on Auva EQ CSA1 isolation footers. All of my equipment is sitting on Auva EQ footers which I found were better than the Isoacoustic Oreo footers I had previously. The Discovery products look very basic and don't scream high end but from my experience they can go toe to toe with the best at very affordable prices! I had forgotten about using rebar chairs to raise audio cable off the floor. Thank you for the memory re-fresh! I’ve placed and tied many a rebar in my day. And rebar chairs cost what, 15¢? Or even less a piece? Wow! A 10,000 percent or more markup!? I wonder how many of these hide behind the keyboard trolls here who have nothing else better to do own uber expensive cable risers? Or some other audio device they think improves the sound of their rig?

We just went through Thanksgiving and heading into Christmas and all some here want to do is see who can tear the down OP the most. Pathetic. Tis the season my a**.

It’s easy to be skeptical of this, I am, but then again Audioquest sells cable risers for $150 a set. I’m no less skeptical of those items, but if they improve your experience, then I suppose it’s worth it. I lifted my cables using rebar chairs that look an awful lot like the $150 items and I paid about 20 bucks for a whole bag full. They don’t do a thing for the sound, but I like the way they look.

From the qsalanedri website " regarding the monoprice veridion cable - "we invite you to beat it against any cable priced ten times higher. Let results - not price  - win".

Does this mean that it beats all the other extremely expensive cables from this company.

Since the veridion treated cable has such amazing properties, and indeed the process is so magical that it can persist even after the cable is removed, it would indeed appear that the company has obsoleted most of its own products.

There is only one catch. The website also says that the Monprice treated cables will only be available for a limited time.

I have to say that it all seems very odd to me and brings back memories of the the works of Peter Belt.

This company is a scam, pure and simple. They take an off-the-shelf $1 fuse from Walmart or Home Depot, cover the glass area with tape so you can’t see it’s just a $1 fuse......

As I stated previously, QSA Fuses are not part of QSA Lanedri.  They are two totally separate entities.  But to your point, I assume you use all stock fuses in your system.  Second, what is the scam?  Even if they did what you said, QSA is a legitimate corporation based in Asia.  Thousands of people have purchased their products, including their fuses.  This thread is about QSA Lanedri products.

@soix   Right there in the title," Quantum Science,"  says it all.  My bu!!sh*t meter just pegged full up!  Do they have access to CERN or some other Particle accelerator?  Do they have physicists on their staff who can interpret the data involved in this area?  Whenever I hear the word Quantum, anything connected to an audio product, I run from it.
