Who here continues to regularly use a CD player?

CD is my third source after vinyl and streaming. Nonetheless my CD a player is dead and I have not much choice to replace it if I want to listen to tmy small CD collection. Getting a transport this time as I will use coax to my integrated DAC.

This is certainly a great time to try streaming - with many new releases, and many best albums of the year lists coming out soon...it's too bad we often debate streaming or CD like we need to pick one...some listen to it exclusively, others like myself mostly use it to discover new music, some enjoy playlists...no reason to not have CD, LP and Streaming...our priorities determine where our money goes...

I sure do. I've got thousands of CDs and an MSB Universal Media Transport Plus going into a Holo May KTE DAC. I also have a vinyl setup. 

although I do listen to Qobuz as a discovery tool.

That’s its main attraction.

I can understand being contented with audio media accumulated over a lifetime.
