which speaker is better suited for Rock and Roll

I started a blog a while back on speakers suited for rock and roll and the responses were great.  Just to refresh, Listen to Rock only, 85 db to 90 or so. Somewhat small room 13x13' with doors at either end. (square room more or less) Amp that will be used Pass X250.8, good meitner DAC, Bricasti streamer, SVS SB 3000 sub, Benchmark LA-4 pre amp. Stream Qobuz through Audirvana.  Current System with FRITZ carbon 7 SE Mk2  are Very Good. Keeping them regardless. Would like to see if I could jump up several rungs on the ladder (bigger sound stage, more clarity, more dynamic, etc)  better MIDS and highs. Speakers that have been heard are Sonus Faber Guarneri (EXCELLENT, but EXPENSIVE) vs (haven't heard) Joseph AUDIO Graphene Pulsar, and Acora MRB (bookshelf)  Marten Parker DUO, (haven't heard) but, most likely out of my price range unless used somewhere.  The two top contenders are the Joseph audio pulsar vs The Sonus Faber Guarneri.   If anyone has either or both or has heard them , would love to hear your opinions or suggestions, probably last speaker for my lifetime here. Joe & Sonus are no good for rock n roll...It's more for Diana Krall @60db.

Here, if you have 12k, get these pioneer speakers, Pioneer XY-3B

 

 

If you only have 4k, no problem, try these eletro-voice speakers. EVF-1122D/126

If you're kinda rich, try these JBLs DD67000

Or these Klipsch Jubilees

 

Get some good subwoofers in all cases.

You have some excellent, revealing components. I’d take a close look at the harbeth HL5 plus (whatever the latest model is). They get great reviews as an accurate speakers,
i am not a fan of the klipsh folded horn speakers. They are designed to fill a room with sound. At lowish volumes they sound quite good. The louder volumes reveal a “horn loaded” sound. For me that is a bit hollow sound. Unfortunately describing sound is hard. They obviously have a following, but I’m not in that group.

I have Crites(Cornwall clones) with subs.  They would cost comparably if someone veneer them.  Better than concert level.  I listen at lower volumes, but I twist the knobs ocassionally. You have Fritz which I would say are polite and laid back IMO. Moving to horns would take some getting used to.  Especially if your room is bright.  My room is 12 wide.  It would be nice to separate mine just for curiosity.  Here are some that are smaller width.  Klipsch forte or heresy, Volti, Fleetwood(used).  I have had horns for so long I am not up on too many kinds.

I would avoid speakers that have large crossovers and smaller woofers. You want to move some air you don't mind a little distortion ( that's what rock and roll do ) and go for a pair that you can drive with a pair of EL34's or 300B's they will distort when turned up to loud but that are not as likely to blow your woofers' I would forget the low bass I mean when was the last time you were at a rock concert and heard an honest 40Hz... get the walls moving have fun. The devores look good to me and in another post someone mentioned they brand which I have not heard however:

I initially thought “rock and roll” speakers were more musical than neutral, now I’m not so sure. Is ample bass energy in a quality speaker the only requirement?
