Recommendations for a tubed preamp

I'm looking for a tube preamp that would pair well with my Lampizator Big 7 DAC and Coda S5.5 amp. My speakers are Joseph Audio Pulsars.

I've been considering the LTA MicroZOTL, but unfortunately it's only available in the U.S., and I'm based in Europe. My second option was the Qualiton C200, but there are almost no reviews online, and I’m worried it might be hard to resell later on.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated — thanks!

I heard the top-of-the-line Allnic tube preamp on my system which has a CODA #16 amp in the mix. This thing cost $33k and for the first time I found a preamp I liked better than the dead neutral Benchmark LA4 preamp.

I did some research on the designer, and he seems like a bit of a genius. I cannot afford the Allnic preamp and I am very happy with the Benchmark.

The reason I mentioned this expensive preamp is that this company has other lower end models and I see them listed on USAudiomart in the price range requested.

One thing I am looking for with Allnic products are ones that have OTL/OCL design. I hope to get a DAC from them with this design. Phenomenal detail and beautiful holographic sound. I would not be interested if the detail was missing.

Schiit Freya +. Somewhat too inexpensive for those who haven't heard one of these, but it is still a "Class A" (Stereophile) preamp. I've had an original version with NOS GE tubes for years. All the preamp one could need.

I could highly recommend Primaluna, owned Prologue Premium preamp and then upgraded to EVO 400. EVO 400 has balanced ins/outs, and very low output impendence so easy much with most power amps. Sound is not too tubey, it leans a bit more to modern sound compared to some other, so detailed and extended, but smooth and full bodied, you can even say slightly warm. Perfect combination :) Simplified setup now to Primaluna integrated, but still sticking with the same brand. Good support and sales network in EU.
