Eversolo A10 died - Questions

My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be?

Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

Denafrips has had a service center in Texas for years now.  Their gear does not have to go back to China for repair. Todd at TEK Services has posted here many times.

Cool. I’m good with the components made by established firms in North America and Europe. I don’t play audio reliability lottery. No time for that.

Sad thing is my Dad really enjoys it.  It should be free if any and all issues at this point in time.

Disgraceful to tell a company 5 days  before the warranty is up that you need help and they stop communicating.   Blame it on ancillary products and take zero responsibility  for bad firmware.   These two units worked great until firmware rendered USB useless with his DAC

Then, over a year later I post on their Instagram asking them where the fix is and they reply with that BS email I posted earlier.

Another reason I have been saying buy made in USA for years.   I have never been let down  by any manufacturer of quality US gear.
