Eversolo A10 died - Questions

My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be?

Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

Sad thing is my Dad really enjoys it.  It should be free if any and all issues at this point in time.

Disgraceful to tell a company 5 days  before the warranty is up that you need help and they stop communicating.   Blame it on ancillary products and take zero responsibility  for bad firmware.   These two units worked great until firmware rendered USB useless with his DAC

Then, over a year later I post on their Instagram asking them where the fix is and they reply with that BS email I posted earlier.

Another reason I have been saying buy made in USA for years.   I have never been let down  by any manufacturer of quality US gear.

Supposedly Forte has a repair facility,  my warranty was with Summit, the original importer.   They ( eversolo) hadno contingency plan for repairs prior to that.  Even more reason to have just exchanged it.

The South Korean Aurender is great. They’ve been responsive every time I had a support question. Great build and service in the USA. Solid company. I no longer have my N200 but I wouldn’t hesitate if I was in a market for a new streamer.
You have Playback Designs, Bricasti and PS Audio that’s US made. EMM Labs, Bryston and Sim Audio in Canada just to name a few in different price ranges.
