I never really connected with Chicago's music until about five years ago when I came across the band Leonid and Friends,a group of Russian studio aces who play note for note covers. I don't know how they will strike you but when they play this music, I genuinely enjoy listening. The playing is excellent, all around but the super-solid drummer is my favorite. Here's a little taste:
