I personally think the Gold Eclipse is the sweet spot. I had Eclipse 8 prior and the Gold Eclipse was a nice upgrade. The Gold has a bit more midrange bloom and texture than the Silver eclipse. Years ago I had the Gold Eclipse III and that was their top dog then. It was very good. I've been a fan for 30 years.

I have Starlight 10 Twinax ethernet cable and it’s very impressive both in build quality and the sonic improvements it brought to my system.
Haven’t tried any other WW cables recently. 

Went ahead and ordered the Sliver Eclipse 10 both xlr and rca for source to pre and pre to amp. Hoping what little I've read is what I'm expecting. I'll post back once they are in my setup.
