The best speaker you ever heard?

In my opinion, the speaker is by far the most important part of the audio system. After all, it is the only part you hear. OK, the other stuff really matters a lot, but without a great speaker... No go.

I am a bit 'speaker-obsessed' I guess, and now I am wondering: What are the best speakers you have ever heard, and what made them the best?

I have to join the Avantgarde Duos with SET (300B) monoblock amplification. I always think other systems are lacking by comparison after living with the Duos for a couple years.

Usher 738:form me the best sound for the price.

Fantastic medio low frequency managemente.

Spatiality too and dynamic.

Sound Lab A-1 delivers music better than any product I've heard. They are huge and power hungry, but if you can make that work, they are simply stunning.
