Preamps with digital output

Dose anyone make a preamp that has not only digital inputs but a digital output.i am looking for a preamp with a phono MC input and at least 2 analog input or just 3 analog inputs then I will use a phono preamp also I need at least 2 digital inputs and 1 digital output along with the normal analog balanced and non balanced rca outputs.can someone out there tell me if anyone makes a hi end preamp that meets my needs thank you Michael.

I have already looked at McIntosh and non have a digital output

What are you trying to accomplish? I’m wondering why you would want a DO from a preamp?

Tone control? Just because you like it doesn't mean it was asked for.

I've never seen a device with those features and begs the question why?

Sound like you're wiring up a 60's phone junction cabinet. 

I think you are making it much harder than necessary.

Seen all digital signals to your DAC.  DAC to Preamp or integrated.  Integrated to your speakers.
